Keep your skin hydrated at all times keep having water as much as you can for haircare lots of people like oiling their hair and everything. I do just go the opposite way. I keep coloring my hair every now and then in different colors, but thankfully I Am naturally and genetically blessed that way so obviously try oiling and having your vitamin E does help."

When it comes to self-love, Dholakia makes sure to do so 24/7. She tells Women Fitness, "I don't believe that to profess self love you need a particular day. You need to love yourself every day. Every day you wake up in the morning, you need to look at yourself, and say that I love you to yourself. I mean to say you don't need anybody's validation for that."

Dholakia is all about supporting women, and encouraged others to do so in her Women Fitness interview. "Women should encourage other women rather than bringing them down because that just goes to show how insecure you are. So why do that, you are self-sufficient. We all are beautiful. We all should be independent. And we all have it in us to be beautifully independent and the encouraging because that's what a woman is all about encouragement caring nurturing. We are we are known for that. So why do we get the bad side out?"

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Dholakia talked about how she approached her career. She says that she isn't afraid to voice her opinions or stand up for herself. "There are a lot of people who have not appreciated me. Lots of people find me to be too strong-headed, like a bully. But I'm not. I have just been a woman who has her own opinions. And I've been like this since I was a kid. Whether you like it or you don't, that's not my problem. If you are entitled to have your own mind, and your own opinion and your own ideas, so do I."
